Randy is a New Orleans native who graduated from Centenary College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication specializing in Film and Television. He is a professional photographer that specializes in food and portraits. After 10 years of production experience, Randy decided to utilize his communication skills in a new field, real estate. With his mother, Julie, they form the 'Schmidt And Son' team that strives to guide home buyers through the process with care and thoughtfulness. Randy lives in Mid City with his husband, Phil, and their two Australian shepherds, Ponce and Tchoup.
